BS1 enterprise accounting – Free Edition v2009.1 is a multi-currency and the wholesale distribution system accounts: general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, orders, sales orders and quotations, and sales analysis. Upgrade to BS1 Enterprise with Manufacturing.

Sales orders may be additionally introduced as quotes and printed for customer approval. Once approved, the status is changed to custom. Collection of slides can be printed in the delivery department. Bills of lading may be printed to accompany the cargo. Some goods are allowed in the order. Invoices are automatically created data.

Supply planning, procurement and production contributes to the report, reflecting the current inventory levels, purchase orders and purchase orders.

Multi-currency function of facilitating the buying and selling internationally (import and export). Sale price will automatically default to the currency Customerâ’s. Accounts payable and receivable are tracked separately for each currency and the GL automatically converts revenues and expenses in local currency.
